Rectangular Block Heat Exchanger
Block heat exchanger in rectangular design are often used as condensers, since the condensate can be drained particularly well. The blocks are connected by PTFE gaskets between the blocks and by tie rods. Thus the blocks can be cleaned easily, which is important particularly with dirty or crystal forming media.
