The excellent effectiveness on aviation fuels, but also the application possibilities as an environmentally friendly Class A foam extinguishing agent or as a wetting agent in interior areas (baggage handling, storage areas, catering, ...) qualify vaPUREx LV ICAO B 3% F-10 as the agent of choice for airports and other areas of the aviation industry. A special combination of raw materials reduces the formation of emulsions (fuel pick-up is the absorption of flammable liquids into the foam phase) with the burning material and allows direct foam application in fires involving non-polar mineral oil products.
