S:FLEX LEICHTmount - Model RAIL 2.1 -Aerodynamic Flat-Roof Frames
S:FLEX LEICHTmount RAIL 2.1 with extremely low surface load. The main advantages of the LEICHTmount RAIL 2.1 S/EW: System with General Technical Approval. Extremely low surface load and system installation without roof penetration possible. Low ballast due to systematic aerodynamic optimisation of the design. Foot plates attached with a click to the ground rails to protect the roof skin from plasticizer migration. Better pressure load distribution by increasing the number of foot plates. Independently tested for wind safety in accordance with German and US standards.
The main advantages of the LEICHTmount RAIL 2.1 S/EW:

Our ground rail with attached foot plates ensures even load distribution over the roof.
LEICHTmount RAIL 2.1 base
The base serves as a lower receptacle for modules and module clamps.
LEICHTmount RAIL 2.1 tower
The tower is clicked on the floor rail and serves as an upper receptacle for modules and module clamps
LEICHTmount RAIL 2.1 foot plate
Foot plates attached with a click to the ground rails to protect the roof skin from plasticizer migration.
End and mid clamps
S:FLEX module clamps have an extremely wide clamping area and are therefore suitable for all standard modules and frame heights of 30-50 mm. High torsion resistance and our latest, ultra-smooth one-click technology make installation a snap.

The lightweight alternative
Aerodynamic, lightweight and totally wind-safe installation possible without roof penetration. The S:FLEX LEICHTmount RAIL 2.1 mounting system for framed PV modules is the ideal solution for flat roofs – even with a low load-bearing capacity.
Both variants – the System S for the traditional south-facing orientation and the EW variant for maximum east/west coverage – deliver outstanding economy. The use of only a few, pre-assembled components, most of which can be connected easily and securely with one click, makes installation easy, efficient and fast. No need for time-consuming measuring, drilling or cutting on the roof.
In addition to the wide new foot plates clicked onto the substructure, the tool-free installation without self-drilling screws or sharp-edged components provides additional protection – even for the most delicate roof membrane.
