Flat Roof

S:FLEX LEICHTmount - Aerodynamic Flat-Roof Frames

S:FLEX LEICHTmount RAIL 2.1 with extremely low surface load. The main advantages of the LEICHTmount RAIL 2.1 S/EW: System with General Technical Approval. Extremely low surface load and system installation without roof penetration possible. Low ballast due to systematic aerodynamic optimisation of the design. Foot plates attached with a click to the ground rails to protect the roof skin from plasticizer migration. Better pressure load distribution by increasing the number of foot plates. Independently tested for wind safety in accordance with German and US standards.

S:FLEX - Flat Roof Ballast Mounting System for PV Modules

All benefits of our systems with the S:FLEX Delta triangle at a glance: Variable use of framed and frameless PV modules on flat roofs of old and new buildings. Installation on ballast stones, hanger bolts or trapezoidal sheet metal rails is possible; special solutions on request
Horizontal or vertical module installation. Delta triangles are available with tilt angles from 5° to 45° (in 5° increments). Minimised storage and transport costs: The triangles are delivered pre-installed but collapsed. Transport and storage of up to 252 pcs. per 130x80 cm (approx.) pallet.

S:FLEX LEICHTmount - Delta Concrete Raised Flat-Roof Mounting Systems

The advantages of the S:FLEX Delta Concrete: The Delta Concrete is designed to be used on flat concrete roofs and offers the possibility to build over obstacles in order to optimise performance per area. Lightweight, material-efficient design makes the Delta Concrete a modular and flexible system with few components. Almost all framed and frameless module types with common dimensions – especially bifacial modules – can be installed either in landscape or portrait mode.

Pitched Roof

S:FLEX - Tiled Roof Mounting System

The advantages of S:FLEX tiled roof systems at a glance: Suitable for all standard roofing types (roof tiles, plain tiles). Laterally and height-adjustable roof hooks allow an absolutely flat module installation. Installation is possible from a rafter width of just 36 mm. For particularly high loads or for roofs with large-size tiles, we are offering our patented Hybrid and XL product line of roof hooks. We will gladly create the structural design for our customer`s projects if required – the documentation we provide includes the structural analysis as well as the rail and attachment diagram.

S:FLEX - Modular Insertion System for Pitched Roofs

The advantages of the S:FLEX insertion system at a glance: Aesthetically pleasing modular surfaces with clean finishes for pitched roofs with any type of tile covering as well as metal roofs. Can also be installed as a PV façade system or used on noise barrier walls and solid balustrades on balconies. All components for a special look also available in black. Suitable for module frame heights of 25 to 45 mm - using just one type of insertion rail. Thanks to the hollow chamber profile, the rail has a very high static load-bearing capacity for a larger span with fewer roof connection points.

Facade

S:FLEX - Photovoltaic Mounting Insertion Systems

The advantages of the S:FLEX insertion system at a glance: Can be installed as a PV facade system or used on noise barrier walls and solid balustrades on balconies. Components for a special look also available in black. Suitable for module frame heights of 25 to 45 mm - using just one type of insertion rail. Thanks to the hollow chamber profile, the rail has a very high static load-bearing capacity for a larger span with fewer roof connection points. With newly developed module clamps that combine the advantages of floating installation and firm clamping: no rattling of the modules and no thermally induced glass breakage or micro-cracks. Aluminum spacers integrated in the module clamps make the installation and maintenance of additional rubbers et al. redundant. Simple grounding. Service-optimized: Modules can be loosened and removed with just a 5 mm Allen key thanks to maintenance gaps.

S:FLEX - Balcony System for Balcony Railings

The advantages of the S:FLEX balcony system at a glance: Constructive consideration of the low design loads of balconies. Particularly easy and risk-free attachment with rails attached to the modules that slide securely into the balcony mounting. Lift adapters attached to the vertical bars for stable support and a module pitch of up to 8° against the parapet for optimised yields. Standard-compliant linear bearing of the PV modules for maximum lifetime.

Ground

S:FLEX LEICHTmount - Aerodynamic Racking System for Solar Installations

The main advantages of the LEICHTmount G S/EW: Installation without pile driving or major excavation work. Suitable for a variety of substrates such as earth, gravel, concrete or terrain where pile driving is not possible. S variant with 15° and 20° tilt angle available. EW version with 10° tilt angle at least 40 cm ground clearance. Short installation times and easy storage. Reduced transport costs thanks to efficient use of materials and an extremely space-saving design.

S:FLEX - Ground-Mounted Solar Panels System

The advantages of the S:FLEX Delta Concrete: The Delta Concrete is designed to be used on concrete foundations with effective screw fastening. Lightweight, material-efficient design makes the. Delta Concrete a modular and flexible system with few components. Almost all framed and frameless module types with common dimensions – especially bifacial modules – can be installed either in landscape or portrait mode. Excellent rear ventilation ensures high yields and makes the system suitable for hot regions.. Long service life, complete recyclability and corrosion resistance with a 10-year warranty. System load capacity in accordance with DIN EN 1991-1-4:2010-12 (wind loads) and DIN EN 1991-1-3:2010-12 (snow loads), on request testable structural calculations for maximum safety. We will gladly create the structural design for our customer`s projects if required – the documentation we provide includes the structural analysis as well as the installation plan.
