CORE - Model 1 -Semi-Automatic Solar Panel Laminator

Semi-automatic Laminator that allows to store in its memory various production cycles, through a PLC. Lamination 600x600mm modules, using Standard or Fast type EVA. The laminated modules are comply to 503JRC specifications (exposition cycles: Thermal, humidity, freeze, thaw, mechanical load, torsion, pressure or single point impact and electrical insulation). Touch-Screen panel, which allows to change the production cycle and a lot of productions parameters in a very easy way. Through a Profibus connection you can link a control PC to show process trends, working values etc., for monitoring the laminator work. Laminator connection via modem, in order to supply an immediate technical support.
