Hannay - Model V-5000 -Single Wrap Power Rewind Reels
The V-5000 series single wrap power rewind reels are engineered to handle hoses with internal diameters ranging from 1-1/2 inches to 3 inches. These reels are particularly effective in applications such as jet and aviation gas fuel dispensing, where durability and ease of operation are paramount. Designed with an electric rewind option marked as V-EP, these reels offer robust and reliable performance to ensure efficient hose management. Each model configuration supports various inlet diameters and accommodates multiple rewind methods, including air, hydraulic, and electric options. The standard and metric measurements provide additional flexibility for diverse industrial requirements. To facilitate robust connections, it is advised to use a flexible connector between the inlet pipe and the inlet swivel joint. This series emphasizes practicality and adaptability in demanding environments, making it an integral component in fuel handling solutions.
To handle single 1-1/2" I.D. through 3" I.D. hose Jet/AV Gas Fuel Dispensing
- Effortless and fast rewinding, wrapping, and guiding of hose.
- Chain and sprocket drive powered by electric, hydraulic, or compressed air motor.
- Auxiliary crank rewind, optional.

- Inlet and hub assembly are aluminum and/or stainless steel for jet fuel.
- SERIES 5100 (1-1/2"): Standard inlet: 90° ball bearing swivel joint, 1-1/2" female NPT threads, 2" Victaulic® groove, flanged riser with 1-1/2" female NPT threads; standard pressures to 600 psi (41 bar); standard fluid temperatures from -25° F to +250° F (-32° C to +121° C).
- SERIES 5200 (2"): Standard inlet: 90° ball bearing swivel joint, 2" Victaulic® groove, flanged riser with 2" female NPT threads; standard pressures to 150 psi (10 bar); standard fluid temperatures from -50° F to +180° F (-45° C to +82° C).
- SERIES 5300 (3"): Standard inlet: I-hub (aluminum only) straight 3" Victaulic® groove inlet, flanged riser with 3" female NPT threads; standard pressures to 150 psi (10 bar); standard fluid temperatures from -50° F to +180° F (-45° C to +82° C). Optional I-hub joints are available in: 3" 90° flanged or 3" 90° Victaulic®.
