The Micro-ELECTRIC is the most popular of our electric oxidizer systems. Mounted onto a very small 4 ft x 3.5 ft skid, the 24 kW electric heater and heat exchanger provides amazing performance and efficiency at flows from 20 to 300 cfm.
Micro-ELECTRIC Remediation Systems are complete SVE catalytic oxidizer systems with heat exchanger ready for cleanup operations in the smallest spaces. Using only electrical power, these systems are quiet, small, and powerful. Easy to transport, install, and inexpensive to operate, Micro-ELECTRIC technology provides permanent destruction of VOC’s. The best value on the market!

SVE Blower: The Micro-ELECTRIC Standard SVE Blower is 8.5 hp and rated for 220 cfm and vacuums to 14” Hg. Other blowers are also available - - including a 370 cfm SVE blower and a 150 cfm dual phase water sealed pump rated to 28” Hg!
Heater: 18-30 kW electric immersion heater with ~60% H.E.
Dilution Air Blower: Enables dilution of extracted VOC’s on the pressure side of the SVE blower, prior to entering the heat exchanger. Enhance control of Micro-ELECTRIC oxidizer without losing well vacuum required to extract vapors.
Stainless Water KO: 25-gallon water capacity with high level switch alarm shutoff, and stainless steel vapor piping too! Standard 1/2hp Water KO Pump Included!

SOIL-THERM has recently introduced our latest Micro-ELECTRIC thermal systems for space restricted sites without natural gas or propane utilities. Our Micro-ELECTRIC catalytic oxidizers are can be built for 1 or 3-phase electrical power, with advanced electrical controls and 30kW heater for automatic temperature control all day long. No fl ameouts with these systems - the 30 kW electric heater heats the extracted VOC’s for destruction by the catalyst. Micro-ELECTRIC systems range from 220 to 370 cfm flows with powerful dual-stage regenerative blowers that can operate continuously to 14” Hg. Quiet, compact, energy efficient, and each system now includes our 8” Color Touchscreen with 1GB datalog memory.
