Convenient financing

Through Hong Kong bank loan financing, the financing advantages of  the Hong Kong listed platform are fully utilized, and the financing cost is  low.

Controllable cost

Nearly 90% of the projects use double-glass modules, with high power generation efficiency and low attenuation rate. XYS has its own construction team, which is responsible for project design and construction, to reduce total costs.

Distributed Solar Farm - Wuhu Light Rail Distributed

Wuhu Light Rail Lines 1 and 2 started construction in 2017. During the construction period, Xinyi joined with Wuhu Rail Transit Company to build distributed solar farm at 34 sites with a total installed capacity of 8.5 MW. The solar farms adopt a power generation mode of "self-generated and self-consumption, and the surplus power is connected to the grid", with an annual power generation of 7.91 million kWh, saving 11.5% of the station`s electricity consumption every year. The solar farms make full use of idle roof space on stations and parking lots with advantages, such as high power generation efficiency, long useful life, convenient operation and maintenance, etc.

Floating Solar Farm-Xiejiaji Solar Farm in Xinyi

The Xinyi Xiejiaji project is the world`s first large-scale floating solar farm, which was connected to the grid in March 2016. The total investment of the project is about 620 million yuan, with an installed capacity of 70MW and an annual power generation of 93.25million kWh, which could save 28,000 tonnes of standard coal every year.

Mountain Solar Farm-Xinyi Nanping Solar Farm

Xinyi Fujian Nanping Songxi Photovoltaic Project has an installed capacity of 30MW. It was connected to the grid in March 2015, with an annual power generation of 32.4 million kWh, which could save 10,000 tonnes of standard coal every year.

Fishery-to-Solar Complementary-Xinyi Fanchang Solar Farm

The project is located in Fanchang County, Wuhu City, Anhui Province, with a total investment of about 600 million yuan, an installed capacity of 60MW, a comprehensive solar power generation hour of 1,300 hours per year, and an annual power generation capacity of 78.97 million kWh. The project adopts an integrated design of fishery-to-sola complementation, and uses the water resources under the solar farm to cultivate aquatic products. It is a new model of "power generation on the top and breeding on the bottom".

Farm-to-Solar Complementary-Xinyi Haikou Solar Farm

In May 2019, Xinyi Light Energy used its own funds to build a pioneering "Agricultural and light complementary perennial Vegetable Base" in Qiongshan District, Haikou City, Hainan Province. On August 30, 2021, Xinyi Light Energy made headlines on the front page of People`s Daily, effectively solving the problem of growing vegetables by looking at the sky in Hainan Province. The project is planned to use about 50,000 mu of land, currently approved to be connected to the grid capacity of 300MW, annual power generation of 230 million KWH, equivalent to the annual electricity of 100,000 households, saving about 70,000 tons of standard coal, reduce carbon dioxide emissions about 190,000 tons.
