LEVER - Model CY-ZJ01 -Solar Ground Racking System
CY-ZJ01 is a ground-based fixed-angle solar mounting system designed to adapt to various geological conditions. Customers have the flexibility to select from grounding screw piles, rammed posts, or concrete beams as the foundations for their setup. The core material used in this system is C-shaped hot-dip galvanized steel with a coating thickness ranging from 60 to 80 micrometers. This high-quality material ensures long-lasting durability and excellent anti-corrosion properties. Additionally, the system is designed to withstand wind loads up to 60 meters per second and snow loads up to 2.0 kN/m², adhering to international standards like ASCE7-10, EN 1990:2002/A1:2005 Eurocode, and AS 1170. CY Solar provides a 15-year warranty for this racking system, with an expected service life of up to 30 years. The system is versatile, supporting adjustable tilt angles from 0 to 60 degrees and customizable panel arrays. It is suitable for various soil types, including clay, sand, silt, and gravel, and is built using HDG steel, anodized aluminum, and Zn-Al-Mg coated steel.
