With a standard horizontal and vertical test grid, the TS1600 test system allows for a higher number of test adapters, resulting in improved handling during adaptation. The TS1600 test system is designed to test medium and large wire harnesses while meeting the high technical requirements of quality assurance in the cable assembly and automotive supplier industry.The system features an ergonomic arrangement of the test adapters in the horizontal and vertical test grid, ensuring efficient and safe testing. The test grid inclination is 15° horizontally and 10° vertically, providing an ergonomic work area.In addition, the system allows for variable positioning of the test adapters and standardized interfaces.The TS1600 test system can be combined with all cable testers and can be configured according to customer requirements. Other models and sizes are also available upon request.
