Wellons - Steam Boiler Systems
Wellons has designed, manufactured, and installed hundreds of biomass boiler systems for small applications requiring process steam as well as large systems such as electrical generation and co-generation. ASME certified Package, Panel, and Field-Erected boiler systems of Wellons’ design are available, depending on the capacity, pressure, and steam temperature requirements of the customer. In addition to our engineering and manufacturing capabilities, Wellons also offers installation of our systems in the USA, and technical assistance with installation and commissioning for our international projects.
Our field-erected boilers, designed to be fired by a multiple Wellons cell furnace system, provides greater steam flow, higher pressure, and the higher temperatures needed for power plants and other operations requiring large steam capacities.
The package boiler combines firetube and watertube designs in a completely factory assembled unit. This philosophy is also applied to the boiler support equipment where components are combined in shop-assembled modules. The package design provides for a minimum of field assembly for processes with relatively small steam requirements.
Our panel boiler is engineered for factory pre-assembly of major components to reduce installation time. The design is specifically tailored for compatibility with the Wellons cell furnace, assuring optimum system performance.
