Motive's DELPHI 56-132 series of three-phase motors are engineered to meet international standard regulations, ensuring superior performance and reliability. These motors feature a closed, externally ventilated design and are constructed from die-cast aluminum alloy for sizes up to 132, while larger sizes up to 355 are built with robust cast iron. Designed for versatility, they accommodate multiple voltages and frequencies (50/60Hz) and offer insulation classes of F (or H upon request) and S1 continuous duty service. Rated for IP55 protection, higher protection levels like IP56, IP66, and IP67 are available on request. The DELPHI series provides efficiency classes IE2, IE3, and IE4 under IEC 60034-30-1, making them suitable for various industrial applications, especially where high efficiency and energy savings are crucial. These motors also feature dynamic rotor balancing, reinforced bearing seats with embedded steel inserts from Type 90 onwards, and tropicalized windings, which make them highly durable and reliable for long-term operation. Additionally, their connection boxes are designed for optimal sealing and flexibility, with cable glands and rotatable boxes for ease of installation. To prevent rust, they are painted with RAL9006 silver paint. The motors ensure lower temperature rise and energy savings thanks to the use of magnetic FeV plates, replacing standard Fe P01 iron plates.
