The Hertzinno DGA900 is an advanced online Dissolved Gas Analysis (DGA) system designed for the real-time monitoring of transformer conditions. Leveraging MEMS technology, the DGA900 surpasses traditional PAS technology by providing maintenance-free operation while monitoring nine types of gases and moisture in transformer insulation oil. It uses MEMS IR light sources, which enable precise modulation of different frequency bands, improving gas analysis sensitivity. Its dual-chamber design separates the gas analysis chamber from the acousto-optic chamber to prevent contamination and enhance system longevity.
