PHOTOCAP - Model FC280P/UF -Ultra-Fast Cure EVA

Photocap FC280P/UF is a fast cure EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer) photovoltaic encapsulating film material. Photocap FC280P/UF has similar cure kinetics, but with improved photo-thermal stability relative to Photocap 15295P/UF. Photocap FC280P/UF is available only in Asia. Photocap FC280P/UF can be used for all crystalline silicon photovoltaic module constructions, and for many thin film photovoltaic designs. Photocap FC280P/UF is provided as extruded rolled film ready for use in thermal lamination processes. The extruded product can be provided smooth, or with surface texture to improve vacuum lamination. Suffix “P” on the Photocap product name indicates that his grade is self-priming for adhesion to glass. Suffix “UF” indicates User Friendly, or lower shrinkage product for improved lamination stability.
