Biogas Plus has a service that is available 24/7. An operator can report faults at any time of the day through a central telephone exchange. Your fault will be given a unique ticket number, after which the telephone exchange will contact the relevant service technician. The service technician will always contact you within 8 hours about the necessary action for the fault. Many critical parts are available from stock, which means that adequate and fast action can be taken.
