Corrective Maintenance Services
The IHI Energy Storage field services team is dispatched in case of issues that cannot be resolved remotely. An assigned Service Manager acts as the first responder in this case, remotely diagnosing and correcting any issues that can be addressed immediately. The Service Manager will dispatch any regional support resources needed and leverage a network of highly qualified partners to address any functionality issues and will work with system design teams and equipment manufacturers as needed. Reports from corrective maintenance include root cause analysis and an in-depth investigation, which inform preventative maintenance efforts and help determine any possible ongoing or systemic issues.
