Energy is very necessary, nprocess can be operated without energy input. But we need tuse energy very efficient in order tsave resources and tconvert our energy system towards a renewable and sustainable one. At CUTEC we believe in the system approach. The whole energy question is related tenergy production, conversion and utilization, the demand is characterized as heat or cold, electricity, process energy or transportation fuel. The complete production chain is considered and improvements are developed along these processes.
The results from some of the executed projects can be used as good examples for future energy concepts. The installation of the Energy Park Clausthal shows all different energy forms for a 100% renewable energy supply combining wind, hydrand PV with biogas, biomass and biofuel (see graph). Other projects concentrate on micro-CHP or even micro-CCHP (combined cold, heat and power plant).
We can be a partner for
