Preventative Maintenance is required to maintain proper equipment operation and maintain warranties. The Preventative Maintenance services occur on an annual basis, including:

  • Product inspection, required maintenance, cleaning, and replacement of consumable parts other than battery modules (e.g. filters)
  • Vendor-prescribed maintenance of major systems components to include battery systems, DC bussing, inverters, HVAC, enclosures, MV transformers and fire suppression systems.
  • Visual Inspection - painting, door seals, rodent/insect mitigation and foliage management.
  • Preventative Maintenance report with the maintenance work performed.
