Having created a project and wind farm site layout the annual yield of a wind farm is calculated by combining information from 4 sources:-

• Topographic wind speed variation
• Wind turbine data (geometry, power and thrust)
• Wind distribution and profile data
• Wake representation

These are brought together to calculate the energy yield of a wind farm including the effect of multiple wake interactions.
