Biogas Plus offers you several possibilities to dry liquid and/or (semi) solid products. By using (waste) heat air is being warmed up. The air passes the drying installation and thus water is being evaporated.

With the pasteurization of Biogas Plus you can pasteurize digestate or slurry in a very efficient way and make it worthy of export. During the pasteurization process, the manure is brought to 70 ° C for an hour (hygienization). The tanks are equipped with a stirrer, so that the product remains homogeneous during the pasteurization cycle. With our pasteurization, you comply with EC Regulation No. 1069/2009 (animal by-products), which allows you to process animal by-products in your biogas plant. It is also possible to hygienize at lower temperatures.

The Compact Plus biogas installation has a sophisticated patented design: compact, flexible, robust and simple. With the Compact Plus biogas installation you are able to feed the most diverse liquid and solid substrates (biomass and / or manure). In order to guarantee a good return - now and in the future - it is important that you do not depend on just a few types of substrates. The Compact Plus biogas installation is equipped with a hydrolysis built around the digester and which is also used as a mixing ring. The hydrolysis has a number of major advantages, including the prevention of floating layers in the digesters, reduction of the sulfur concentration and the carbon dioxide in the biogas, resting in the digester and, in particular, maximum biogas production.

The basis for reliable gas reprocessing is thorough biogas cleaning. The legislation sets very strict requirements for pollutants in green gas, and the membranes are also vulnerable to pollution. The biogas is therefore the first to pass through a washing tower, where all water-soluble contaminants, as well as dust, etc. are washed out. The remaining H2S and VOCs are then thoroughly removed with two activated carbon filters. Result: spotless gas, which guarantees a long life and good performance.

The clean biogas is upgraded to natural gas quality with patented 3-stage membrane technology. The third stage ensures recovery of the methane lost during reprocessing, making a methane loss of only 0.5% feasible. The green gas produced meets all requirements of current legislation and regulations. A reliable screw compressor brings the biogas to the pressure required for the membranes, and also ensures sufficient pressure for the injection of the green gas into the regional natural gas network.

When feeding in green gas, the Bio2Net fulfills the role of gatekeeper, who monitors access to the natural gas network. The Bio2Net guarantees that only gas that meets all quality requirements enters the natural gas network. Gas that is not 100% satisfactory is sent back to the gas producer. To this end, the Bio2Net is equipped with an accurate gas chromatograph and some additional analyzers, which monitor the green gas at all required points. The Bio2Net also ensures the required odorisation of the incoming gas.
