Whether it`s one engine or hundreds, a planned maintenance, a repair in case of damage or a fleet overhaul: we think in terms of our customers and develop practical repair solutions and customised maintenance contracts as well as process-oriented series overhauls and future-oriented concepts for individual and small series production. We take into account the current value of your engine or component and attach great importance to transparent documentation.

HIGHEST QUALITY, SMOOTH PROCESSES

With a throughput of 600 basic engine overhauls per year, you can rely on well-rehearsed, standardised processes at BÜCKER + ESSING. Our overhauls pass through defined procedural steps from disassembly, cleaning and diagnosis to reconditioning, reassembly and initial inspection. Our processes are quality-assured by quality management in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, the RAL quality mark 797 for engine reconditioning and area-specific certifications in accordance with SCC, GL, ATEX and WHG.

Customers benefit in two ways from our strong competence in mechanical manufacturing. Thanks to our high vertical range of manufacture, we are able to refurbish many valuable and cost-intensive components of an engine, pump or compressor. This enables us to achieve solutions that pay off. With the help of special repair processes and surface techniques, we also save old components that are no longer available on the market and thus ensure a further operating cycle for many machines and systems.

We ensure the continued operation of your plant by repairing components or manufacturing new ones according to drawings, samples or 3D laser scans. We simulate performance requirements and improve component properties with regard to durability and function.

REPAIRS ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD

We specialise in carrying out mobile mechanical repairs to engines and rotating equipment anywhere in the world. Particularly in the case of larger engines and components that are difficult to access, it is often more economical and time-saving to send specialist personnel to the site instead of dismantling the engine and sending it on its way. Especially where things get technically demanding and challenging, our mobile services are in demand: with specialised service technicians and mobile repair equipment.
