Dynapower field service is available not only for Dynapower and Rapid Power Technologies equipment but also for most other rectifier manufacturer’s equipment.

Dynapower’s preventative maintenance programs ensure that your equipment is inspected and adjusted on a regular basis, extending the reliable operating life of your equipment. Our preventative maintenance programs are designed to extend mean-time-between-failures (MTBF), raise overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), increase capacity and allow production to meet their schedules.

Dynapower has worked hard in recent years to develop and bring you the most helpful and simple technical support process possible. Rather than outsourcing to a call center, we pride ourselves on being able to offer a deep layer of tech support.  In other words, we have real engineers and real tech support professionals who can make real-time decisions with you and your business right over the phone. This includes a mix of more than 25 technical support specialists, engineers and their respective managers. 

Dynapower is unique. In our 150,000 square foot engineering and manufacturing facility in South Burlington, Vermont, Dynapower’s one team is comprised of electrical engineers, Ph.Ds, mechanical engineers, compliance and test engineers, application engineers, and a full complement of in-house power electronics manufacturing specialists. We are experienced, nimble, and responsive. We are able work with institutions large and small to engineer and build some of the most unique power conversion solutions in the world today.
