EC POWER was founded in Denmark in 1996 - a pioneer country in the field of energy transition and above all, of combined power and heat. No wonder, that our company features a pioneering spirit and special innovative strength, as proven by more than 25 patents. This is the reason why we are not only the market leader in Germany for cogeneration plants (CHPs) in the performance range of 3 – 80 kWel but we are also the technologically leading manufacturer in Europe. Our branch in Germany has been based in Berlin since 2008 and housing our EC POWER Academy. At the headquarters in Hinnerup – near Aarhus in Denmark – are the research and development elements of EC POWER as well as the production facilty and the central warehouse. Furthermore, there is a branch in the USA since 2018.
