Nordic`s inverter offering includes single phase and three phase grid connected inverters ranging from 1KW to 100KW, manufactured by Solis, JFY, INVT and Fronius. These inverters are in compliance with MNRE issued inverter specifications for grid connected rooftop solar, and are certified to meet IEC 61683, 60068, 62109, 62109-1/-2 and 62116 international standards. The inverters support monitoring remotely over Wifi data networks. Zero export options are also offered with selected inverters. Service support on JFY inverters is provided by Nordic at its premises. For other inverters, customers are referred to the service center operated by the respective manufacturer. Nordic`s off grid inverters are power conditioning units that provide prioritization settings between EB, solar and battery for power distribution to the loads. They are offered in 24V DC and 48V DC configurations for lower kW ranges and 48V-240VDC for higher voltage ranges.

Nordic (India) offers solar cables that are TUV certified to meet EN 50618:2014 specifications. Solar cables are offered in wire diameters of 2.5 sq mm, 4 sq mm, 6 sq mm, and 16 sq mm. Other sizes can be offered upon request. The cables use annealed tinned flexible copper conductors and halogen free, UV resistant and flame retardant materials for the sheathing and insulation. Temperature rating for the cables range from -40 to 120 deg C.

Nordic (India) supplies different types of mounting structures based on the solar PV project application. Mounting structures are provided for ground mounted installations, flat rooftops, pitched roof installations, and pole mounted installations. Mounting structural elements including poles, beams, and purlins are manufactured from pre galvanized or hot dipped galvanized MS profiles. The structures are typically designed to withstand wind loads of 150 kmph. Tilt angles may be varied from 10 to 40 degrees in most cases. Aluminium structures are provided for tiled and metal roof applications.

PCC Panels are used for distribution and control of voltage and reactive power in the power systems. They are used for miscellaneous industrial applications such as dairy, batching plants, chemical plants, refrigeration plants, manufacturing plants, etc. These control panels are built-in with an overload protection feature that provides safety assurance in case of an overload. Our PCC panels also offer various added features incorporated with product and feedback analysis by our experts. We manufacture PCC panels with rated current ranging from 630A to 6300A. Type tested for short circuit rating of 50 kA for 1 sec. There can be a provision for a space heater, thermostat and backup protection if required by the customer.

MCC panels receive power from PCC panel and assembly to control some or all electric motors in a central location. It consists of multiple enclosed sections having a common power bus and with each section containing a combination starter, which in turn consists of motor starter, fuses or circuit breaker, and power disconnect. It comprises of ACB, MCCB, MPCB, protection and measuring relay, based on type of industry and application. Implementation of Log out Tag out (LOTO) gives additional safety to users. MCC stands for motor control centre. It consists of feeders for motors and blowers. Feeders are designed according to the motor rating. In most of the MCCs, auto/manual provision will be present. With manual provision motors can be operated manually. In auto provision external signal is required to start the motor. The signal is given by the control panel.

APFC (Automatic Power Factor Control Panels) panels are integral in improving Power Factor and resolving power quality problems. APFC`s control panel are able to withstand large power connection loads and features electric monitoring and controlling. They are built with high-temperature resistance, different current rating, removable capacitor and high speed power correction. Synchronization panels are mainly designed and used to meet power system requirements. These panels function both manually and with an automatic synchronizing function for one or more generators or breakers. They are widely used in synchronizing generators and offering multiplex solutions. Our DG synchronizing panels can be provided with capacities that reaches 6300A, and are fabricated by our engineers using premium quality electrical components including copper bus bar, insulations, wires/cable, PVC channels, transformers, meters and switches.
