PCC Panels are used for distribution and control of voltage and reactive power in the power systems. They are used for miscellaneous industrial applications such as dairy, batching plants, chemical plants, refrigeration plants, manufacturing plants, etc. These control panels are built-in with an overload protection feature that provides safety assurance in case of an overload. Our PCC panels also offer various added features incorporated with product and feedback analysis by our experts. We manufacture PCC panels with rated current ranging from 630A to 6300A. Type tested for short circuit rating of 50 kA for 1 sec. There can be a provision for a space heater, thermostat and backup protection if required by the customer.

MCC panels receive power from PCC panel and assembly to control some or all electric motors in a central location. It consists of multiple enclosed sections having a common power bus and with each section containing a combination starter, which in turn consists of motor starter, fuses or circuit breaker, and power disconnect. It comprises of ACB, MCCB, MPCB, protection and measuring relay, based on type of industry and application. Implementation of Log out Tag out (LOTO) gives additional safety to users. MCC stands for motor control centre. It consists of feeders for motors and blowers. Feeders are designed according to the motor rating. In most of the MCCs, auto/manual provision will be present. With manual provision motors can be operated manually. In auto provision external signal is required to start the motor. The signal is given by the control panel.

Synchronization panels are mainly designed and used to meet power system requirements. These panels function both manually and with an automatic synchronizing function for one or more generators or breakers. They are widely used in synchronizing generators and offering multiplex solutions. Our DG synchronizing panels can be provided with capacities that reaches 6300A, and are fabricated by our engineers using premium quality electrical components including copper bus bar, insulations, wires/cable, PVC channels, transformers, meters and switches.
