Terix-Envirogaz’s collection modules allow for flexible and complete management of organic inputs in anaerobic digestion processes. They bring operators numerous possibilities and a simplified process for feeding the system with organic material.   

TERIX-Envirogaz’s hydraulic and power control modules for anaerobic digestion allow for waste-heat recovery from the digestion process and complete management of structured organic fluids (SOFs) through various digestion stages and temperatures. They provide the operator with a very flexible, yet completely automated process.

TERIX-Envirogaz’s process uses a mixing system that creates a movement optimized for anaerobic digestion, thus preventing the formation of crusts and the accumulation of deposits. The system, installed in each digester, creates a vortex that keeps solids from SOFs in an homogeneous suspension and maintains a constant temperature, which optimizes process efficiency and performance.

TERIX-Envirogaz’s TERMIX™ biomethanization process is a unique three-step approach. The process, proprietary to TERIX-Envirogaz in North America, has shown, through its various installations, a level of performance, ruggedness, and efficiency that is second to none.

Terix-Envirogaz provides the equipments and engineering services necessary to the methanization of organic material and biomethane refining. Terix-Envirogaz’s rugged industrial approach can process both landfill and methanization plant biomethane, and transform it in fuel appropriate for transport and injection in gas distribution lines.
