Super Radiator - Air Preheater with ASME U Stamp

This carbon steel tube/aluminum fin spiral wrapped coil was designed to ASME Section VIII, Div 1 Code. The heat exchanger housing was also manufactured from carbon steel. 300# flanges were applied per customer request.

Materials of Construction

A wide range of materials are used to construct air preheaters. Common and uncommon materials include:

Certified Welders and Brazers

Super Radiator Coils` welders and brazers are certified under ASME Section IX code, and all welding and brazing programs are directed by certified weld inspectors (CWIs).

Computer Modeling

Super Radiator Coils uses Solidworks modeling software to ensure that the heat exchanger meets the dimensional requirements and fit up with existing ductwork and piping. 

Approval drawings are supplied for customer review before being released to manufacturing.
