Lekea - Model MK 130/160 - Boiler Unit
The Lekea MK 160-30 boiler is designed for heating with 80x80cm straw bales.
The burner chamber is manufactured from strong steel sheet and fitted with a firebrick at the top, thus ensuring the high combustion temperature and efficient fluegas combustion. The fluegas convector made from strong steel pipes transfers the heat to the water and offers the efficient utilization of the remaining heat in the fluegases.
The boiler is mounted with a combustion fan and a PLC combustion control monitoring the combustion by means of the fluegas temperature and the fluegas oxygen volume; this means that the combustion is controlled to perfection throughout the entire combustion progress.
Service room on boiler rear side holds combustion fan, control and pumps. Boiler available with door hinged in left or right side. Unless ML 130/160 is to be mounted as a separate building, it is available as an indoor boiler to be fitted with external accumulation tank and expansion tank.
