Heat exchangers are an essential part of a biogas plant and Bigadan is specialized in customized countercurrent heat exchangers for biogas plants and sludge treatment. The heat exchangers are designed by Bigadan especially for biomass and have the following documented characteristics: Large capacity: 35-40 m³/h, Minimum loss of pressure, Excellent heat transfer, No blocking, Minimum formation of struvite, High stability. The heat exchangers can be delivered in modules of 6 m.
