NIRMAL - Heating Skids for Natural Gas Applications

‘NIRMAL’ has experience in design, engineering and supply complete heating skids for Natural Gas Applications. Pre-Heaters are used In Gas Distribution Network Skids or in Fuels gas Conditioning Skids of Power Plants. Natural Gas is heated to a higher temperature to compensate the temperature drop arising due to pressure reduction and to meet the specific temperature requirements by the downstream processes. Increase of temperature improves the fuel combustion and increases flame temperature in case of furnaces.

Direct Type Pre-Heaters

Thyristor Based Electrical & Gas Fired Heater : 'Nirmal’ offers Electrical Heater with Thyristor Based Control Panel. These are Direct Type wherein the increase in gas temperature is affected by direct contact of Natural Gas with the Heating Coils. These are preferred wherein the Heat Loads are lesser and very fine control on temperature is expected.
Indirect Type Pre-Heaters

Electrical Water Bath Heaters : ‘Nirmal’ offers the Indirect Type Heater with Electrical heating Elements. Here the heating Media is Water, which is heated by electrical elements. The Water bath temperature is generally maintained at 60ºC to 80ºC and the NG is heated by passing the Gas Coils through this Hot Water Bath.

Gas Fired Water Bath Heaters : This is the most commonly used type by major Natural Gas consumers like Power Plants & Fertilizer Plants and mainly in the Gas Distribution Network skids like City Gate Stations. These are typically used in Out Door installations and comprise of Heater Mechanism with Burner Sequence Control, Fire Tubes, Gas Coils and Water Storage Vessel as Hot Water Bath.
