Heatlift - Model HA -High-Temperature Heat Pump for Industrial Decarbonization
The Heatlift HA is engineered as a high-efficiency hot air heat pump specifically designed to decarbonize industrial drying and heating processes. It operates by capturing low-grade heat from cooling loops, humid air, process condensation, flue gases, or ambient sources, and elevating it to produce hot air with temperatures up to 200°C. Built with in-house centrifugal compressors and an eco-friendly refrigerant, this heat pump provides direct hot air, making it viable for processes like drying, heating, and cooking without the need for fossil fuel boilers. The Heatlift HA enables significant energy and cost savings by reducing final energy consumption up to fourfold through the upcycling of waste heat. Emissions can be minimized by a factor of ten compared to traditional fossil fuel systems. Its integration into existing process infrastructures is seamless, allowing for enhanced optimization with the potential to deliver additional hot water from cycle waste heat, thereby improving the coefficient of performance by 0.7.
Heatlift HA is a hot air high-temperature heat pump specially engineered for industrial drying and heating process decarbonization.
This heat pump captures low-grade heat from cooling loops, humid air, process condensation, flue gases or ambient sources, and raises it to produce directly hot air using in-house manufactured centrifugal compressors and a safe and environmentally friendly refrigerant.
The generated hot air can reach temperatures of up to 200°C and can be easily used in processes such as drying, heating and cooking and effectively replace fossil fuel boilers without an intermediary.
