Type Of Constraction THS -P:
Three pass boiler with flame tube, cooled turned chamber with the membrane wall, two bundles of fire tubes, an uncooled second turned chamber and flue gases collector. Superheater is located between the first and second bundle of fire tubes. The boiler is available in the right-hand version (control from the right-hand side) as a standard. The boiler is also available in a left-hand version optionally.
Boiler Body:
Boiler body consists of cylindrical shaped shell, two bottoms reinforced with edge stiffeners, flame tube with a cooled turned chamber closed with a membrane wall and two bundles of fire tubes. The second turned chamber is un-cooled closed with a door ensuring cleaning of heating surfaces of the second and third passes. This chamber is expanded for the space, in which is built-in the superheater. In the membrane wall is built-in manhole for entering to the flame tube and first reversing chamber. On the boiler body there is the armature tube with feeding control, water gauges, pressure gauges, pressure-switch for burner output control, emergency pressure- switch, tube socket for steam outlet, feeding, safety valves, venting, surface blow down and water level control, or installation of BOsB. The boiler body is for boiler internal revision equipped with observation holes. All heating surfaces are easily accessible for cleaning. This ensures permanent high boiler efficiency even in case of longterm liquid fuel firing.
Operating Overpressure
The maximum operating steam overpressure is up to 16 bar (g). On request it is possible to produce other types with a maximum operating pressure of 20 bar (g).
Superheated Steam Operating Temperature
The operating temperature of the superheated steam is determined according to customer requirements, max 300 ° C and is unregulated. The temperature of saturated steam at the inlet to the superheater is determined by steam temperature at a given operating pressure increased by 1 bar, which means increase by pressure drop of the superheater.

Steam Superhater:
Superheater is made of materials resistant to temperature of 500 °C. It is built-in the flue gas passes in places where the temperature does not exceed 450 °C, thus the superheater can be operated without steam consumption. Start the boiler is therefore possible without flooding superheater. Saturated steam from the boiler is passed through the superheater, where it reaches full operating temperature of overheating. The superheat temperature is unregulated and its fluctuation is ± 10 ° C, depending on the current consumption of steam and burner output. Required steam temperature between the saturation temperature and the final overheating temperature < 300 °C must be determined in advance. Pressure drop in the superheater is about 0,05 MPa.
Emission:
Emission values depend on used burner type but meet emission limits applied to gaseous and liquid fuels. NOx and sulfur emissions by liquid fuel burning depend on nitrogen and sulfur content in the fuel.

We recommend connecting the boiler to a separate chimney flue. Considering low flue gases temperature the separate venting unit made of stainless steel for each boiler is recommended.
Boiler Efficiency and Flue Gases Temperature:
The boiler heat efficiency is 91 % at a standard delivery (without ECO). Flue gas temperatures achieve values of 210 to 230 ° C, depending on the operating pressure and the boiler output. When is installing ECO on output flue gas from the boiler, efficiency increase to about 94-95 %.
