Power Generation Filters

Royal Filter power generation filters are used to maintain the performance of  gas fired turbines. These filters capture the very fine particulate that can cause erosion on  the turbine and fouling on the compressor. Royal Filters power generation filters will keep the  turbines running at high efficiency and extend service life. Power generation filters are available in either panel or cartridge styles and can be manufactured with a wide variety of materials such as: Cellulose, Polyester, Microglass, and PTFE membrane. These filters are  tested in accordance with ASHRAE 52.2 Minimum Efficient Recording Value (MERV) which measures initial efficiency at 0.1 to 10 microns or tested using European Standard EN779 for initial air efficiency.  Royal Filter can retrofit major OEM’s such as GE Turbine, Farr, American Air, Pneumafil, Braden, Donaldson, Filtration Group and Westinghouse along with many others.
