Process Technology Over The Side Immersion Heater, HX5111PT1 is a 500 watt heater, 120 volts (Single phase) with an over all length of 11 inches and heated length of 5 inches. This heater includes a replaceable fuse set at 190 degree F. Process Technology heater are specifically designed to resist most aqueous acid, alkaline, anodizing and pickling solutions up to 212 degrees F. The HX series Spiral heaters include a corrosion resistant vapor tight, flame retardant polypropylene terminal enclosure 36 inch flexible PVC liquid tight conduit. PTFE covers the 10 watt per square inch Stainless Steel heating elements
