Steam, Hot and Warm Water Generators
We plan and implement our steam systems using pressure vessels either made by us or from renowned west-European manufacturers. In our hot-water systems we use either fire-tube smoke heaters from renowned manufacturers or our own coiled-pipe principle (depending on the industrial requirements). We also install many other approved components from our own production in our systems. At the same time we place our many years of experience from planning application-oriented, ready-to-use, complete systems at your disposal.

Steam Generators for Saturated and Superheated Steam:
- Power Range: 200 kg/h to 28.000 kg/h
- Pressure: up to 30 bar
- Fuel: Natural gas, liquid gas, Heating oil, residual production material (gaseous), liquid or solid.
Direct-burning warm and hot water boilers:
- Power Range: 200 to 23.000 kW
- Supply line temperature: up to 220 °C
- Fuel: Natural gas, liquid gas, Heating oil, residual production material (gaseous), liquid or solid.
Indirectly heated steam generators:
- With built-in bundled-pipe heat exchanger for heating using thermal-oil, hot water, and steam.
- With electric heating elements.
- Pressure vessel with generously-sized steam cavity for water-free steam.
- Sturdy even with problematical drinking water quality.
- Power Range: 200 kg - 40 t/h
- Pressure: up to 30 bar
Indirectly heated boilers:
- With built-in bundled-pipe heat exchanger for heating using thermal-oil, hot water, and steam.
- With electric heating elements that have had the current optimised to minimise the strain on heat surfaces.
