Prometheus - Titan Fuel Forge Technology
The Prometheus Titan Fuel Forge is a reverse combustion machine. It pulls C02 and water [a.k.a. exhaust] from the air and combines them with electricity from solar and wind power to make low-cost, high-performance, zero net carbon e-fuels. These fuels are `engine-ready/ able to run in our existing cars, trucks, and planes with no modification.
In Stage One, C02 and water are captured from the air. Industrial fans suck air in and blow it across a waterfall that absorbs C02 and water.
In Stage Two, the captured C02 and water combine with renewable electricity in a hydrocarbon electrolyzer called the Faraday Reactor. The electricity `charges` or `energizes` the carbon with hydrogen molecules from the water to make fuel.
During this step, our Forge releases oxygen - its on byproduct - functioning as a `mechanical forest.`
In Stage Three, the fuels are separated from water using a new membrane called the Maxwell Core. Its carbon nanotube pores allow fuels through while rejecting water. The Maxwell Core makes distillation obsolete.
In Stage Four, a final catalyst step combines the fuel molecules into longer-chain hydrocarbons and recovers water. This step can be customized to make gasoline, diesel, or jet fuel.
