The patented U-Tube Projectile Tube Cleaner is a compact version of the Metal Projectile, engineered specifically for u-tube heat exchanger cleaning. Its miniature design allows it to navigate the tight radii commonly found in u-tube heat exchangers. The device features a central Delrin pin for enhanced flexibility, enabling it to bend around radiuses and ensure thorough cleaning of the entire tube, not just the straight sections. These U-Tube Projectiles are suitable for heat exchanger tube sizes ranging from 5/8” to 1” (15.875mm to 25.400mm) in outer diameter, with potential availability for larger diameters upon special request.
