The WS-060 wind turbine, designed by Oy Windside Production Ltd, doubles in height and power output compared to the WS-030 series models. This increase in size and capacity allows the integration of a higher-output generator, enhancing its performance across all wind speeds. The WS-060's applications are diverse, including use in measurement and control systems, small DC-powered electronic equipment on buoys, sea marks/lights, lighthouses, boats, park and street lights, as well as building-integrated or mounted scenarios. The cut-in speed of the turbine varies depending on the generator configuration, and it does not have a cut-out speed, maintaining power generation even at high wind speeds up to its maximum structural wind endurance. The basic system package includes a wind turbine and generator unit, safety cut-off switch, rectifier/charge controller, a free tube of bearing grease, and a shipping crate.
