The TS1500-HV system has been specially developed for testing of high-voltage and data sensor cables. It conforms to international standards and will be used in the cable assembly. The test system TS1500-HV is suitable for the automated testing of video, antenna and sensor cables, for example HSD, FAKRA, airbag or high-voltage cables. This testing system is equipped with best-in-class devices and the CS WIN nx® software and is thus individually programmable to suit customer requirements. The ergonomic work area (Test grid inclination 20°) can reach a width of 1200 mm with far over 3600 mm. The height is proceted by barriers on the sides. The TS1500-HVariable offers as well easy positioning of the test adapters, a standardized interface and convenient adaptation. Other models and sizes are available on request. The TS1500-HV test system can be combined with all cable testers and can be configured according to customer requirements.

The TriGuard HV test bench with a 3-sided light curtain for accessibility uses a conveyor system to securely transport high-voltage wires into the test area. With the TriGuard test bench system, the test item is transported to the secured HV test area by means of a conveyor system and can be connected there for the test. After the test, the wire set is conveyed out of the test area again. The 3-sided light curtain makes visual inspection easy.The test bench conducts tests up to a voltage of 5000 VAC or 6000 VDC and a maximum test current of 10 A. A four-pole connection test up to 100 μΩ, a short-circuit test, and an insulation test up to 10 GΩ are also possible.The test bench can be used flexibly on rollers in the entire product area or integrated into automated production lines.
