Adaptronic - Advanced Distributed LV Test System
The NT 800-5 is a low-voltage tester for particularly large test items and features an innovative test technology for checking wire harnesses in installed condition. The NT 800-5 can save 70% of adapter cables and does not require any additional cables or power supply thanks to ATA (active termination adapter) technology. This not only saves space, but also makes it particularly easy to maintain. The distributed test system adapts to the test item as the remotely controlled test point units (TPUs) are flexibly positioned around the product, such as an aircraft hull, a wing, or a complex wire harness. With a capacity of up to 131,072 test points and a test voltage of up to 35 V direct current, the NT 800-5 even masters the most demanding testing jobs. The NT 800-5 optimizes production processes by allowing electrical tests to be carried out in parallel with other production steps.
