MLW - Sanitary MIXFLO Heat Exchanger for Viscous Products

The Monotube MIXFLO Heat Exchanger is designed with two concentric corrugated tubes, where the inner tube handles the product to be thermally processed while the outer jacket contains the service fluid. This fully welded assembly can include an expansion joint if needed. It's highly suitable for thermal exchange processes involving medium to high viscosity products, including those with particulates. The standard materials used are AISI 304/316 L stainless steel, with other materials available upon request. The product side finish has a roughness of Ra < 0.8 µm, and the system can handle pressures up to 10 bar, with higher pressures possible depending on the connections used. The standard operating temperature for the exchanger is 184°C. Connections available include DIN, CLAMP, SMS, BS, and FLANGE. The system can be shipped disassembled if required.

MLM - Heat Exchanger for Industrial Applications

The MULTIFLO heat exchanger is designed with small diameter corrugated tubes enclosed in an external jacket and welded on tube plates at both ends. This multi-passage heat exchanger features special heads that allow for backflow on the tubes side. Additionally, an expansion joint is fitted on the external jacket to accommodate thermal expansion. The heat exchanger's design facilitates the thermal processing of products flowing within the tubes, while a service fluid circulates in the external jacket. Constructed from AISI 304/316 L stainless steel as standard, the system can also be tailored with other materials upon request. It is built to operate under standard pressures of up to 10 bar and temperatures reaching 184°C, with higher specifications available based on the utilized connections. This makes the MULTIFLO heat exchanger ideal for thermal exchange processes involving industrial products with low to medium viscosity, even those containing particulates.

Pharmaflo - Heat Exchanger for Pharmaceutical Fluids

The PHARMAFLO Heat Exchanger is engineered to address the stringent hygienic requirements of the pharmaceutical industry. It features small diameter corrugated tubes encased within an external jacket equipped with tube plates at both ends, ensuring no contamination between the sterile product and the service fluid. An expansion joint is also installed on the external jacket. The design enables the thermal processing of products within the small diameter tubes, while the service fluid flows through the external jacket. This heat exchanger is particularly suitable for managing the thermal exchange of pharmaceutical fluids with low to medium viscosity, such as WFI (water for injection) cooling at the point of use, WFI heating, and condensation processes. Constructed with AISI 316 L seamless stainless steel tubes, it supports a standard pressure of 10 bar and temperatures up to 184°C. The device can be customized with different materials and finishes upon request and offers connections via CLAMP-FLANGE.
