TT200AR is an automatic trimming and taping station of modules coming from laminator. The cycle starts with the module loading through the conveyor belt and continues with the first pre-centering of laminate before the robotized handling through the stations for trimming, centering and taping before the unloading. The integration of station into the production line guarantee quality, accuracy, repeatability of working process and then the process optimization, the product quality standardization as well as the guarantee of productivity and the waste reduction. FA200AR is an automatic framing station of modules coming from the trimming and taping stations. The cycle starts with the robotized pick up and handle of trimmed and taped laminate through the stations of edge soaping, frame application, fixing and squaring, up to the unloading. This station integration into the production line guarantees quality, accuracy, repeatability of working process and then process optimization, product quality standardization as well as the productivity guarantee and the waste reduction. The system is easily configurable for different module sizes by means of a simple software parameterization of operator panel.
