With a throughput of 600 basic engine overhauls per year, you can rely on well-rehearsed, standardised processes at BÜCKER + ESSING. Our overhauls pass through defined procedural steps from disassembly, cleaning and diagnosis to reconditioning, reassembly and initial inspection. Our processes are quality-assured by quality management in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, the RAL quality mark 797 for engine reconditioning and area-specific certifications in accordance with SCC, GL, ATEX and WHG.

We ensure the continued operation of your plant by repairing components or manufacturing new ones according to drawings, samples or 3D laser scans. We specialise in carrying out mobile mechanical repairs to engines and rotating equipment anywhere in the world. Particularly in the case of larger engines and components that are difficult to access, it is often more economical and time-saving to send specialist personnel to the site instead of dismantling the engine and sending it on its way.
