The MC250 and MC500 electrolysers deliver megawatt scale performance in a containerized form for easy outdoor installations. The units feature either one or two 1.25 MW stacks with a shared balance of plant, providing a reliable solution with minimal maintenance. Multiple units can be grouped together for larger hydrogen output needs. Typical applications include renewable energy storage, industrial process gas, and hydrogen fueling.

The A Series boasts a remarkable cell stack power consumption as low as 4.5 kWh/Nm³, setting a new standard for energy efficiency in hydrogen production. Combine multiple A485 electrolysers to meet any required production capacity. For instance, the A4000 seamlessly integrates 8 electrolysers, achieving an impressive production capacity of 3880 Nm³/h of hydrogen. Operating at atmospheric pressure, the A Series ensures an exceptionally safe environment. Leakages are highly unlikely, and in the rare case of a leak, the volumes are minimal. Downstream of gas separator modules, our technology ensures thorough cleaning and cooling of hydrogen before delivery. The gas holder maintains a slight overpressure, serving as a buffer for the compressor. Nel provides a standard package, including the process and safety control system for the atmospheric part of your hydrogen production system.

Producing up to 30 Nm3/h of hydrogen gas at 99.999+% purity, these units replace the need for hydrogen tube trailers or liquid hydrogen storage.
